 Is Your Bush Burning?

God Appears to Moses (Exodus 3 & 4) Has God appeared to you?

The burning bush has threefold significance in the life of Moses as well as yours.

First, it was a picture of God. A bush that burn yet it was not consumed. God is always and forever. Second, the bush symbolized Israel going through the fire of affliction, but not consumed just like you! Thirdly, the bush is Moses—a humble shepherd, who become a fire that could not be put out, just like you!

God is always watching over His people, all the time, and what He starts, He finishes. God uses people to accomplish His work on earth. He will also use what we have if we will trust Him with it!

A person acting in the flesh is impulsive and does not see problems in the pathway of life, but a person humbly walking in the Spirit knows the battles that lie ahead.

Josh. 1:5 No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life, as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you nor forsake you. God will not leave you now or in the battle for life. Remember you start out in victory and you are finish in it too! It’s done in Christ Jesus.

Remember who we are, is not important, knowing that God is with us is important, and without Him we can do nothing. (John 15:5) I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.

Moses said they will not believe me” (Exodus 4:1–9). But God had just said that they would believe him, and your family and friends will believe you to. (Exodus 3:18), so this statement was nothing but open unbelief. Will you believe God’s word in His bible today? Will you?

God takes what we have in our hands and uses it, if we only trust Him with it. Moses’ rod was nothing, but in God’s hands it became power. Give power to what you have trust God with it today and forever.

God had said “I AM”—and all Moses could say was, “I am not!” What are you saying? He was looking at himself and his failures instead of to God and His power. What are you looking at? You must trust God and look to His power and not yours nor man. Without God we have no power.

The same God who made your mouth could use it. Who made your mouth? God needs only a clean vessel that He can fill with His message. Repent and turn to God today that He will use you!

How can you lead if you fail to lead your own household in spiritual things? Are you leading or not?

It is wise not to fix our hopes on the reactions of people, for people often fail to live up to their commitments. Trust God who sent us hope in Christ Jesus. Trust God who sent you this message today. Receive Christ as your Lord and Savior and get the power you need NOW!
